Found this place online and went to check it out on site but didn’t see a leasing office. So I called them and the line went dead. Then I scheduled a tour appointment and it asked me 3 different times that I’m available so they can choose what time they have available for me. Got a text saying they will confirm later. This has been one of the best apartment communities I have lived in. The property is exceptionally quiet, and the grounds are beautifully maintained by a dedicated staff that clearly takes pride in their work. Do not move to yolo. I have problems since first trying to get the lease. The lack of communication is insane and we didn’t get our lease for multiple days when already establishing our move in date. Parking is a nightmare ! We have yet to even get out established parking spots and the manager Imelda purposely ignores all calls and texts to get this figured out. No on site leasing and no communication to the property manager.
Worst leasing experience. No move-in or lease guidance at all. There’s no on-site leasing office, and the leasing manager is unresponsive for days. Repeated complaints about loud noise until 2–3 AM were completely ignored. Management clearly does not care. I also see apartments with severe overcrowding, which is unacceptable.The so called leasing manger Imelda is apparently ignores all the texts and emails so don’t bother sending any messages. Do not recommend!!!!!
