This apartment complex has been amazing! It has a very nice quaint ambiance and is in an amazing location in Thousand Oaks! The staff has been very helpful and goes above and beyond in all aspects. We looked and looked for a good fit at many different locations/apartments and are so happy that we ended up here!
Good complex and nice location. Management was helpful and the people at the community are friendly. Units have an open layout which gives them a spacious modern feel. Slight downside is parking but usually not a problem.
We loved living here for two years. We had a growing family and needed larger home. They always answered any needs we had. Imelda the manager was always super responsive to any and every need. They felt more like family than a large company.
