Do not move to yolo. I have problems since first trying to get the lease. The lack of communication is insane and we didn’t get our lease for multiple days when already establishing our move in date. Parking is a nightmare ! We have yet to even get out established parking spots and the manager Imelda purposely ignores all calls and texts to get this figured out. No on site leasing and no communication to the property manager.
Worst leasing experience. No move-in or lease guidance at all. There’s no on-site leasing office, and the leasing manager is unresponsive for days. Repeated complaints about loud noise until 2–3 AM were completely ignored. Management clearly does not care. I also see apartments with severe overcrowding, which is unacceptable.The so called leasing manger Imelda is apparently ignores all the texts and emails so don’t bother sending any messages. Do not recommend!!!!!
Wish I could give 0 stars!! We scheduled an apartment tour and had an awful experience. Nobody showed up to meet us, and there was no way of getting ahold of anyone. We tried calling the listed number multiple times with no answer. At the gate, there was a call box for the office, but again no one picked up despite several attempts. To make things worse, there was no clear office on-site to even try to find help. Very unprofessional and a complete waste of time.
I just recently moved into YOLO and so far, it has been a great experience! The whole process of finding the place and getting moved in was super easy, and a big part of that was thanks to Imelda, the property manager. She has been really kind, helpful, and easy to talk to. Any questions I have, she always gets back to me quickly which made moving in a lot less stressful. I also really appreciate Martin from maintenance.
