Wish I could give 0 stars!! We scheduled an apartment tour and had an awful experience. Nobody showed up to meet us, and there was no way of getting ahold of anyone. We tried calling the listed number multiple times with no answer. At the gate, there was a call box for the office, but again no one picked up despite several attempts. To make things worse, there was no clear office on-site to even try to find help. Very unprofessional and a complete waste of time.
I just recently moved into YOLO and so far, it has been a great experience! The whole process of finding the place and getting moved in was super easy, and a big part of that was thanks to Imelda, the property manager. She has been really kind, helpful, and easy to talk to. Any questions I have, she always gets back to me quickly which made moving in a lot less stressful. I also really appreciate Martin from maintenance. This apartment complex has been amazing! It has a very nice quaint ambiance and is in an amazing location in Thousand Oaks! The staff has been very helpful and goes above and beyond in all aspects. We looked and looked for a good fit at many different locations/apartments and are so happy that we ended up here!
Good complex and nice location. Management was helpful and the people at the community are friendly. Units have an open layout which gives them a spacious modern feel. Slight downside is parking but usually not a problem.
