I am extremely disappointed with my experience with the Law Offices of Yolanda M. Mendoza regarding our immigration petition. Throughout the process, we experienced persistent communication issues and unacceptable administrative delays that ultimately led us to terminate representation. I filed an I-130 for my stepson in April 2026. We completed his medical exam and biometrics and were waiting to hear back. In August 2026, we received the amazing news that his green card was approved and being printed and shipped to us, he didn’t even have to attend an interview!
