I recently had my first appointment with Dr. Lenzy and was very satisfied. She was thorough in her exam, thoughtful in her diagnosis, and professional throughout. I was pleased to have been directed to her practice and will definitely recommend her to others.

Every time i h ave needed an appointment i have been taken in quickly. Dr Lenzy is professional and knowledgeable . Her PA is as well. Staff is always nice.
awful, very unprofessional. made an appt that took over 6 weeks to wait for the dr. but when i got there had to see pa for that visit. followup was made with dr and again never saw her had same pa. third visit saw dr treated me for something i didn't even have. charged for 3 procedures that didn't help because not what was wrong with me 400.00 dollars later trying to make payments office not happy with my payments and they are putting me in for collections. funny thing is i make my payments .
I have never been to this facility and was calling to make an appointment for the first time. I have a skin lesion that needed to be checked out asap. As soon as someone answered the phone I was put on hold for over 20 minutes. Called back and explained the situation and all I received was attitude. She stated "well I'm the only person here and we're super busy." No apology, no attempt to fix the situation. Completely unprofessional and I will never recommend this facility.
This office is very well run and the teamwork is exceptional. Dr. Lenzy and her staff work really hard to help their patients and are kind-hearted, smart and thoughtful people. They truly care about their patients' physical and emotional wellbeing. They can and do think outside the box and they go the extra mile. It's refreshing nowadays to be treated medically like a whole person and in a compassionate and considerate way. I highly recommend Dr. Lenzy et al.
I made an appointment with Dr. Lenzy to address treatment options for acne scars. She met with me for less than two minutes and charged me $100. I'm angered that it was not previously discussed with me that this would not be covered by insurance because it was considered cosmetic. I'm also outraged that she couldn't even sit down with me to talk about my concerns and treatment options. I received nothing out of the appointment and she pocketed $100 for two minutes of her time.
I had an appt. with Dr. Lenzy Feb. 2017. Due to being held up at a prior appt. for my ill, elderly father, I was NINE minutes late. I was her last appt. of the day. This appt. was for a check of a potentially life threatening issue, not just for face cream. Despite the potential deadly prognosis, Dr. Lenzy refused to see me and I was told to reschedule (for being 9 minutes late). I have been seeing her for about 2 yrs. Never again. I have already booked an appt with a new Dr. DON'T BE LATE HERE
