This is my wife and I’s favorite place to go downtown on every date night!!! The food is always on point, the service is amazing and the prices for everything you get here are impeccable! The bartenders are the best we have came in contact too and we thank you all for such a wonderful getaway for dates!!!

Business response:

Thank you so much Jerod! We're so happy to hear all of the amazing things you said! We hope to have you back soon!

Holy wow this place is amazing. Cauliflower! Get it (omg) Sushi! Draaaanks! Desserts! Atmosphere! All around a 10/10 for me! I can’t wait to be back in Tulsa next year just so I can shove my face at Yokozuna!

Business response:

Thank you so much Molly!

Pork tacos were leather and some woman came over and insisted on interrupting us about a fundraiser I wasn’t there for. Won’t go back. My guests liked the sushi.

Came for a birthday party so I expected slower service. Arrived at 11:00 am when they opened and it took over 30 minutes to get our drinks. I had to go to the bar to ask for coffee refills. Server took a plate of food while my sister was eating it. The brunch is better just about anywhere else in Tulsa. I have been here once before and was not impressed. This time was worse. I spoke with the manager and she was receptive. The only thing this place has going for it is the atmosphere.

Business response:

Amorie, I am terribly sorry to hear your experience was not great. It seems we missed the mark on several different aspects of your visit. We do appreciate the feedback and we have had an internal discussion within our management team about how to prevent something like this from taking place again and we hope we are better prepared for those weekend rushes when they arrive early and have addressed some of the basic service issues you mentioned in your review. If you feel like sending me a private message I'd love to talk wi... read more

Consistently good. Discovered the Nutty Professor sushi roll yesterday evening.

Always great food, typically solid service, but the last two times we’ve been bar service has been slow and poor. Will continue to go though because of the food and few options to compete.

Business response:

Thank you for your review Rex! I'm so sorry to hear that you received sub par service the past couple times you have been in. We value your feedback and it will definitely be reiterated with the staff about making sure we are giving our guests the best service we possible can each and every time they come in. We hope to see you again!

Nice place. Good atmosphere and upbeat. The Nutty Thai Profesor was awesome and the Now & Zen drink taste very good. It’s not too sweet and not too sour, just right. I will be returning with my boyfriend.

Business response:

Thank you Carmen! We agree with you on both the Nutty Thai and the Now & Zen! 😋

Extremely disappointed. We visited on 2/25 at 3:15pm. There were 3-4 couples at the bar and only two tables seated besides ours. Our group of 5 came to celebrate an special occasion. Our server (who never said her name but has a sunflower tattoo) was unbelievably inattentive. Everything took forever. As a former server I understand how it can be, but this was just on an entirely different level. It took 15 minutes to get water, another 10 to get the champagne we ordered at the same time as the water, and then 45 minutes more... read more

Business response:

Callie, we always strive to give our guests the best service possible every time they come in and I see this time we have failed to do so and for that I want to apologize. We would like to make this right if you would give us a chance. You can reach me at your convenience at 919.508.7676 or dana@yokozunasushi.com Have a good day! -Dana Feldman
