Why do yall require that paperwork for selling a tire? If i'm doing a call I don't want to have to fill out so much paperwork on the side of the interstate, it's redundant and stupid
Bought 4 new tires for an X5 in less than 15 months and 10K miles down to 2/32 tread. Has to be the worst performing tire of all time. Called their headquarters and they do anything to avoid their 55K mile warranty which is total bollocks
DEALER will not honor warranty when chuck of tread separated from tire tire on 8 months old with low mileage on tire

I leased a NEW 2018 Mazda CX9 on April 1, 2018. They came Yokahama Geolander H/T P255/60R18 107H/GO56B. Currently approx 2 years later, 29,000 miles, the tires are bold. They are rated 70,000. I was sliding all over the road today in the rain. I got back to call Yokahama to see how they deal with this situation since I have 1 more year left on my lease.
