I have gone to this Yogurtland several times. I went today and gave my rewards card to the lady and she said she couldn't add my points because "you were supposed to give me your card before I rang you up". REALLY? Who says that? How about asking me for my card BEFORE you ring me up. She said there's a number I can call to get the points added. Why would she put me through that instead of just voiding the transaction and ringing me up again to add the points. I WILL NOT be going back to Yogurtland. I'll be buying sugar-free ... read more
