Yoguni Taveras is amazing. Amanda has an Interesting approach to yoga and always delivers just what is needed. Every class different which is great for helping her students to evolve their practice.
An AMAZING YOGA instructor and a wonderful person:) my mom and I went on the Goddess Retreat in the Dominican Republic, that Amanda put on, and we could not have had a better time! We want to come back every year♥️
The first time I walked into Amanda's yoga class, I felt an instant connection and my nerves went away. She is so generous and welcoming and makes everyone feel at ease. Her yoga and barre classes may be challenging but Amanda offers many alternatives and positivity to make your workout feel more fun. I have nothing but amazing things to say about her and her classes!!
