If you want to be a fighter don't come here. The coach is lazy and screams all the time. Mediocre training! You cannot become a fighter here. There aren't any real fighters at this gym at all.
I enrolled myself in the self defense class and I must say its painfully the best choice I've made lol. Im 35 but its great the trainer and his family are so welcoming its a great atmosphere, you feel like apart of the family. Its a clean facility. Quality equipment and we get straight to business. Great quality for the cost I highly recommend MTA.
Great place! Amazing Grand Master! I recently joined and have definitely fallen in line with the place. He's a great coach and the training helps you so much with your internal l overall mental and physical well-being as we're all supposed to be able to cutting conflicts as well as not be a stranger to them.
