Dr. Mittal is a very good doctor. His support staff is very slow and depending on the person never returns calls. I have been waiting for over 3 weeks for a procedure. Once the VA obtains the correct documents(Request for Service and DME) it will take another 2 to 3 weeks before it is approved.

If anyone reads this I am very serious saying what I am saying. I had knee surgery three years ago I did ok without any trouble. I am getting my second knee done on the 13th of March. I get a letter saying I needed to come in and have a shot to freeze the nerve down my leg. I didn’t know I had a choice if I got the shot or not. Absolutely wonderful results. He is kind, knowledgeable and honest. Nurses are great and surgery was great. So was recovery. Couldn’t be happier
He did a wonderful job and the pain from torn meniscus and Acl tear are gone. Fast forward. I am now looking at a total knee replacement and i couldn’t trust anyone more!
I was barely able to walk my knees were so bad , needed a replacement , other doctors said pain med and surgery is your only option but Dr. Mittal did bone marrow stem cell injections , one time and I can run again, that was in 2018 and still to this day I have not had to have my knees replaced. I can say without a doubt , Dr. Mittal is an excellent doctor and I will use him if I anything done. I have my LIFE back, Thanks to him, It's so amazing, I am truly thankful for all he did for me. much less pain and faster recovery
As my doctor stated 'he is surgeon', their bedside manner isn't known to be the best. Be prepared with all your questions, his time is valuable. The actual procedure was not explained in terms that I understood, only that he did his surgeries with robotics and the outcome is expected to last twice as long. Scanned copies are given with instructions, some hard to read. Dr. Mittal made me feel like he had time to discuss my total knee replacement and answered all my questions. He explained everything very clearly. I am 3 months post op and my scar is only 4 1/2 inches long and a thin white line. My knee is doing great! Next week he will replace my other knee and I expect the same excellent results.
