Just started my yoga practice. Sara has made me feel welcome and empowered. She's very encouraging and kind. As a very out of shape, over 50 woman, I really need the encouragement and she has been wonderful!

I have only been to 2 classes so far but I plan to attend many more. This studio doesnt seem to be about fitness as a goal (you don't have to hold difficult poses for a long time and no one pushes you, so you don't leave all twitchy and sweaty and in pain). Class seems more about learning how to relax and be in touch with your body. I really enjoy it so far!
