I love this studio not just because I work here but because it is a safe place for anyone to practice yoga. Whether you are young or mature, a beginner or have had a long time practice, Yoga Home has classes for you! Friendly, loving, and comfortable atmosphere.

Yoga Home of Therapeutics has become like my second home. I always feel loved and welcomed when I come to the studio to practice yoga. Sara is an amazing teacher, mentor and friend. She welcomes everyone who comes through the doors and provides an opportunity for those people who come to learn and grow within themselves.
