Great selection of classes at different times of tge day to fit any schedule. Great freindly staff and instructors. If you value your health and fitness, give them a try. The price is very reasonable for what tgey offer a definite win.
My daughter had a session with coach V (the boxing coach). She had a good session. Coach V is a good coach. He knows what he is doing.
