I was very impressed with the outside lifeguards. The pool was crowded but the lifeguards were on point!
The parking at this ymca is ridiculous. I use this gym because of its childcare and should not have to park half a mile away to trek my 4 small children through the heat to get to the building. Also the air conditioning rarely works
Fun workout to meet new people I enjoy doing yoga which for me is intense but is worth it. Trying lose a lot of weight. By end of the summer.
This is not my home location, but occasionally I will stop in to put in a "freelance" aquatic workout that I have composed of different exercises that I've learned in the aqua aerobics classes I've taken at the Indian River location. Yesterday, I stopped in to do just that & it turns out that they no longer allow the members to use the water weights nor the noodles. (These 2 items are vital for the aqua workout I do.)
