I have had nothing but issues with this company. My car payment is about $384 a month. At my old job I was paying extra towards my payment $400 a month. I am no longer with that job and with my job I took a cut in pay. Luckily the gal that worked my account worked with me so my account was ok. You would think that extra I paid while at my old job they would take that into consideration but no. Now I only about $1200.00 left to pay off my car. I have the worst person that works my account. I had the similar type of situation YKS Acceptance A.K.A Herbies Auto Sales. I went through 5 cars by the time I sent my car back. They had also told my co-owner that he wasn't going to be a co-buyer which are two different things and in the end treated him as the co-buyer. Well if he is the co-buyer then why did he not get a notice about anything with the vehicle. My wife bought a car that was Financed at YKS while I was in the desert, the car was over priced. I paid for the car when I got back and thought that was the end of that, to my surprise the amount owed was still on my credit report, when i called to find out why I had an outstanding balance on my credit report they told me I never paid the balance I asked to speak to the woman who I talked with and paid, she doesn't work there any more, Great stay away from these people.

Worst loan company ever! – 04/18/12 Worst Loan company ever! by Jcarlson at Citysearch I bought A 2000 mercury grand marquis from Herbie's which is owned by a man named Yoder,,, I wonder if the Y in YKS has anything to do with the easy finance of so many overpriced vehicles! They don't report to all three bureaus – Chances are if you are using this company, you need to rebuild your credit. Don't bother, they don't report to all three bureaus. Worthless.

Horrible Customer Service!!!! – My fiance and I purchased a vehicle from them in Feb of 08 (a very overpriced vehicle) might I add ...we have had nothing but trouble with our vehicle costing us hundreds of dollars in repairs and we havent even owned it for a year, I have talked to several different people regarding my concerns and I get nothing but a constant run around, and empty promises.....Go somewhere else that is the only advise I can give!

DO NOT PURCHASE – They ripped me off while my hudband was in iraq and will not pay for faulty work done at their shop costing us well over $900 out of our pocket and wont return our calss. DONOT DOOOO NOOOT BUY FROM THEM!
