Excellent service, awesome sauces, amazing ribs and brisket.
Oh. My. Goodness. On a whim I tried YinzBurgh BBQ. I got the MCWrapper which is a mac and cheese wrap w/your choice of pulled chicken, beef, tofu or pork. I got the pulled chicken. You get to try all the BBQ sauces to pick which one u want on your wrap(and/or on the side). And it was absolutely incredible! A few weeks back I noticed Yinzburgh for the first time and told myself that I would have to try it. Today I had a taste for BBQ and decided to stop in and left COMPLETELY SATISFIED! This isn't just BBQ... it's GOOD BBQ! All of the sauces were amazing! Not only did the owners let me try all of the sauces, they also let me sample some of the side dishes I was interested in. I grabbed takeout from my faaaaaavorite BBQ spot in the city and ya'll let me just tell you.....YUMMMM-MY. They are some of the sweetest southern folk you'll ever meet. I stay taste testing something...lol! He had me taste smoked meatloaf with a porcini demi-glace and I don't even eat meatloaf OR mushrooms! I was about to shout in that place it was so good. I think it would be better as take out. I never like eating anything on plastics and thin paper. Sides is plastic take out containers. Not hot and felt I paid for a restaurant and got McDonalds.
Great place have been looking for a good BBQ here in the Burgh will be coming back. The ribs and pull pork are great. The staff let us sample all the sauces was a hard choice they all are so good.
