If I could give 0 stars, I would. This company is a joke. We have been here since September 2022 & had nothing but issues. We were given a move in date of December 2021, but they didn’t break ground until the end of November 2021. They have 0 communication and the quality of work is god awful. Getting them to fix anything requires a miracle. They apologize and never fix anything, the same issues lists have been provided over and over again. They operate like sleazy used car sales people. Lies lies lies all the time, seems that they don’t care, the floor crick, they didn’t fix it at all.. and its been 2 years, now they are building a house next to us and seems like they are building to far back that we are not going have a nice view that we had before..
Fantastic home builder
Since purchasing this townhouse (new built)we have problems,one being a roof leak. Have been here for a year and half and this is 2nd time it has leaked.
