Dr Liu was nice however seemed in a hurry although her front staff is another story. I spoke with Vanessa and office manager Mindy trying to get info on charges and was treated horrible. I was shocked at how disrespectful her front staff is! Def won’t be recommending to friends
RecommendedI've been a patient of Dr. Liu's for over 2 years. I have NEVER known her or any member of her staff to be rude or not know what they are talking about. She is a very caring practitioner and is constantly attempting to find out new and better of ways to treating any diseases that have popped up. Speaking of her staff, they have always acted professional with me and I appreciate each one of them. I don't know about these other claims but you are #1 in my book, Dr. Liu!!!
I have been seeing her for almost a year she is a very good doctor she cares about your health her staff are wonderful to help you she will always be there for her patients
I had the pleasure of an appointment with Dr Liu recently. For the first time in many years I felt I was seen by a professional, caring doctor. My insurance is limited, no out of network. So having a visit with Dr Liu was a surprise as the few drs I had seen recently were inadequate to say the least. Dr Liu is amazing and thorough. Cherry on top is the lovely staff at her office. I have been blessed.
One thing does not make sense to me is that when I was looking for PCP (primary care provider) from the list that from my insurance (Superior Health Plan star+plus) showed that clinic. This Plano Supreme Primary Care is on the LIST from my insurance book. When I called them to check with them. Office staff said they don't accept that kind of insurance with new patient. Dr. Lui...your front office staff was very rude to my son, and they said that you didn't take his insurance. We called the insurance company, and you are indeed listed on his insurance for Tier 1 and your info was the very first provider in our area. Your front office staff gives off a nasty vibe to new patients.
Dr. Liu is very knowledgeable in many medical areas plus nutrition. Very pleased with her wonderful service last four years.
She's personable, professional and everything you'd be looking for in a family doctor. Shout out to her staff too. They are quick and friendly. If you need a doctor to see and you're in Plano or neighboring cities, I highly recommend Dr Liu.
Dr. Lu has experience and integrity. Proud to call her my primary physician.
