Small, quaint restaurant. The fish congee was super delicious as were the rice rolls, fried wontons, and fried dough. Service was quick & friendly!
The receptionist, who seemed to be the owner, was very unfriendly and insisted on a 18% tip.
This has become one of my girlfriend’s and my favorite spots in Philly! The atmosphere is nice and clean, and the QR code ordering system makes it really easy and quick to order. The congee and rice rolls are delicious, and although the drinks are just okay, I mainly come here for the food. Whenever I’m in Chinatown, this has become my go-to spot for breakfast. Definitely recommend checking it out!
