Really hard to get ahold of, extremely rude and discriminatory dentist and staff. Was given the run around for months just to schedule a follow up appointment. The staff for some reason would ignore calls from my number and when we arrived in person, the lady went to go whisper to the dentist in mandarin. I am not sure why they did not want me to schedule a follow up per recommended treatment plan. Very odd and unusual business.

This is really bad experience today. I took my mom for her teeth cleaning. This is very simple treatment but Xu did the bad job. He operated very rude and hurted my mom's mouth (oral cavity). My mom is very angry and decides never visiting this one again. I just want to share the bad experience to everyone who may visit Xu. Please consider what kind of dentist he is. If there is zero star, I will give Xu zero.
