I'm blown away at how unresponsive and uninformed "Sophia" and "Rose" at their support desk continue to be. I've tried calling - so far none of my calls have been returns. Sophia and Rose only email about once a week. It's been four weeks since I placed my order. They sent the wrong product. At first, Rose apologized for the order and that was the end of that ticket. I purchased a 4 camera home system as Christmas present for my in-laws because my father -in -law has Parkinson's and falls . Only having the camera system for a month one of the speakers went bad and then it took several e-mails to get a new one sent covered under the warranty. Once the new camera was sent I went to activate the new camera which can only be done through a web based app and it would not work. I purchased 2 YI Dome Camera's 1080p HD Pan / Tilt / Zoom Wireless IP Security Surveillance System with Night Vision, Remote Monitor with iOS and Android App on July 24, 2017. Within 2 month's the video had rainbow colors around the images it was scanning. They told me to reboot the camera and had same results. Both are still working but everything it captures on video had rainbow colors on the objects it scans. Took customer service forever to respond via email.
