This is the worst place I have ever lived! DO NOT MOVE IN HERE! When I moved into this apartment complex the walls were already stretched, windows didn't roll up, blinds were missing and I was not informed of the mice problem in the unit. After living here for a few months and moving out, they refuse to give me my security deposit back even though the damages were pre-existing. They didn't come to the appointment even though they made an appointment for me, I couldn't reach their calls, I had to look for an urgent house and I came 1 hour to come here, I waited for exactly 1 hour in front of the door with my baby and they didn't come, also they didn't reply to every message I sent, it's ridiculous and I never prefer it

Absolutely gross management with terrible responses. Never in the office with a bunch of hidden fees and price hikes on rent. Poorly kept place with no maintenance to the facilities. Live next to a bridge before you move here.

When I went to management about this, they couldn't care less and despite admitting that this is an issue for all of their residents, they said it was up to me to fix. Obviously that didn't work. Find another place to pay the $2300+ that you'll inevitably be char... read more
