I came into the store for an auction purchase. From the moment I first spoke to Septembyr you could tell she was all about customer service. She made everything go so smooth. She went above and beyond to make the transaction simple and easy. What an amazing asset to your company.
New management really let the place down. They removed all previous automatic payment methods, discontinued payment reminders, AND began charging $25 late fees all at the same time. All units also now receive an additional $12 insurance fee just because they can. Will be leaving this place as soon as I can move my things.
Easy peasy renting here ! Also locally owned even better . No corporations to deal with yay
Septembyr is fantastic to work with! I highly recommend!
