New management really let the place down. They removed all previous automatic payment methods, discontinued payment reminders, AND began charging $25 late fees all at the same time. All units also now receive an additional $12 insurance fee just because they can. Will be leaving this place as soon as I can move my things.
Easy peasy renting here ! Also locally owned even better . No corporations to deal with yay
