Absolutly schocked by the 2.9 Star rating (currently). Was reccomended to try here for a snow blower belt that most other retailers seem to be out of stock. Had driven by the place hundreds of times (I'm a regular BJ's shopper), but never noticed the place. Not only did they have the correct belt, but looked it up several ways to ensure I was getting the correct belt to my machine- which was about 40 minutes away. Good luck to those people who live in Portland area. Go somewhere else for your service if you’re looking for courtesy and respect. The owner needs to train his/her employees on “customers service”; especially being on the phone. It’s okay to apologize to your customers when you can’t keep your promise or can’t tell the time. We have literally had been on emergeny mode all week do to the storm. We gave priority to generator's and chainsaw's and that is all the we repaired this past week.There are still people without power. This was explained to you when you called. We have moved you macine into a service tech's workload as promised when you called. We hope you understand the neccessity get cusotmer emergency generators repired ASAP.
