return the mower with a charged battery and the belt put back right. And then the lady who answered the phone and I think it was Tom was rude. Cant use my mower til I pay someone else to put belt on right. A friend even offered to pay for the transport fee because he recommended them.

Bought a new redmax ebz8500 within the first year it would barley run, I was told it had carburetor issues and it was “cleaned” this bill cost me $77. I was not able to use it before the snow came and now this yeah it still is running like it did. This time it was the carburetor again and it cost me another $60 to have the same work done... Not only am I paying for the same service twice the staff running the counter was extremely rude.
