My husband and I came here to look for an anniversary band for myself. Victoria was so patient while I tried on multiple rings. We inquired about pricing and she promptly followed up with me that week, once she had the information. The ring I chose then came in much sooner than anticipated, which they let me know right away. Three visits, first shorten a tennis bracelet to 6 inch, which was then too short, I had to repay to lengthen (in addition one of the diamond fell out of the setting due to the alteration). Later, the diamond fell again so I had a third visit to fix that at a cost. Finally the bracelet snapped.
I cannot say enough about the service I received at Yepremian jewelers..I happened upon them by accident after being completely ignored at a high end jewelry store in Warwick. I was received warmly by Victoria who introduced me to her brother. I love family businesses and these two wonderful people deserve a lot of credit.
