I bought a beautiful ring in Italy, 18 carat gold, (soft) that needed to be sized and bumpers put in. It was a very intricate web-like band that needed expert handling That needed to be sized and bumpers put on. Seb did a fantastic job. It fits like a glove and the bumpers are just right, as it is very top-heavy. I had another platinum ring that snapped at the base that had to be soldered. You cannot even tell. Waited inside for help for half an hour, both employees working at the time were helping the same customer and did not offer any service or assistance to me. No other customers were there. Plenty of other jewelers in town to use instead of these jokers!
