The doctor is amazing. This is to review the doctor, not the receptionists. The doctor agreeing hearing about my chest heaviness, first thoroughly listened to my lungs at various locations and heart. She informed me that my symptoms are highly likely to be anxiety in a calm manner but also suggested a chest x-ray without me saying anything to easy myself first before I decide it’s a mental issue. Very great approach in this issue.
Both Pediatricians are well knowledgeable. Maybe the staff sounds not friendly due to language barrier. But they are trying their best. Pediatrician are really good here. Both of my daughters I bring here.
Doctors are good but staff (front desk and medical assistants) have bad customer services. They are rude and heartless. They don't care about the needs of the parents even in case of emergency, they still don't even care. I would not recommend this doctor to any parents.
Yes, bad review total correct. I just call for kid need shot for 7th grade they not accept if no insurance. No humanity why you get degree doctor! BAD SERVICES!
