Really enjoyed Yoga Sculpt yesterday, and still feeling it today!
Such an amazing community has formed around this beautiful studio!
I've never experienced such a loving, supportive environment as Yen. I'm so thankful that it exists.
On a walk downtown I noticed Yen Yoga was open on Christmas Day I decided at high noon to attend a Warm Gentle Detox 90 minute yoga class with Matt. It was the best treat for my mind, body and soul and at the end Matt said this is a place you can always feel welcome and at home. I have to admit I was a little intimidated to try a class here, but I am so glad I did. I am a little mad at myself for wait so long too... everyone is very nice. The classes are great and welcoming. I look forward to many many classes here!
The Arms, Abs & Assets class with Katie Randazzo-Erway is a great workout! She brings fresh ideas and lots of energy!
I love yen yoga and I always feel so welcomed when I come. The instructors are all very dedicated to the students, the amenities are unparalleled to any other studio I’ve been, and the atmosphere is so calming. Best studio I’ve ever been to!
