Disappointing experience with this office. Disrespectful and unprofessional. I had a consultation visit at this clinic. After the visit, the office manager claimed that my insurance wouldn't cover this consultation visit and forced me to pay the full amount out of pocket at the counter. But later I called my insurance company and they said this visit was covered. Excellent service provided by staff and awesome job by Dr. Yen. I was referred to Dr. Yen’s office by my dentist on a problematic wisdom tooth. I went in at 9am for an initial consultation and had my tooth removed by 11:30am with no pain during the less than a 10-minute procedure. This office was very busy but everyone was extremely efficient and things went very smoothly. I would like to give extra credit to the office manager, Helene, who was very kind and thorough. Highly recommended.
Thank you very much to all the staff at Yen Oral surgery for making me feel less anxious for my wisdom teeth surgery yesterday. I’m so happy I got them removed so they wouldn’t hurt anymore.
