Amazing food with surprisingly mediocre service. Probably will go again because of the food but not sure with the frustration the service caused.

We have never made a reservation and have always been pleasantly greeted every Christmas Eve. This year, with well over 15 open tables, the host looked over our family of five (kids 9,7 & 4) and said we needed a reservation. I am blown away & appalled with this poor service. It’s a shame as we enjoyed their food.
We ate there last night was not a good experience the chicken taste like rubber. So much salt that my hand swelled up. Two or three years ago that was the place to eat!!!! I don’t know what is happened really too bad...
Always the best in town & must visit for entertaining guests from out of the area
The potstickers are awesome, all of their food is great, very authentic. I'm a San Francisco transplant and this was the first good Chinese restaurant we found 25 years ago and have been hundreds of times since!
This is the first restaurant I’ve found that has sizzling rice soup besides our home town restaurant. The soup was pretty good. We ordered egg rolls and spare ribs as an appetizer and they were both over cooked. Spare ribs where dry and had very little bbq sauce on them. Our server was quick to apologize and had them recook them. We had her just bag them up for us to take home. When I reheated my egg roll the next day it was still over done.
