We have only been a handful of times but never had a long wait at all. Longest point of the entire process is to reach the appointment line because the hold times are crazy long but they're always nice when they finally get a chance to answer. Glad we're seen here!

I have been very pleased with the care I have received. I owe my life to Dr. Bunn. She discovered a very small lump in my neck on a routine physical. Rather than assume it was a swollen gland, she sent me for a CAT scan. Turned out to be throat cancer, very early stage. That was 4.5 years ago and I am cancer free.
Yelm Family Medicine has amazing staff My whole family loves going there.
Incompetant staff that only argues and never listens to patients. Horrendous wait time on the phone. Billing is an absolute nightmare. Will threaten you with collections even when payments are made monthly. I do not recommend this place to anyone.
