The doctors here are great and have taken really good care of me and my family
Multiple times my wife and I will not get a statement in the mail, they wait two months then send us a late notice. Dr. Wardroom was amazing, but now that he’s gone I’ll be going elsewhere. Come in for a physical and you have to sign a form saying you will be billed if you discuss anything else. Meaning if you’ve been sick or have a question about an ache or pain you have/had you will get billed. This place is a joke.
I am so grateful for all the physicians at Yelm Family Medicine, especially Dr. Bethany Sweet and her assistant Kat. I have been a patient of Dr. Sweet's for almost 3 years. Dr. Sweet is a skilled and compassionate physician. She listens carefully and with kindness. My husband attended an appointment with me and was so appreciative of Dr. Sweet's care of me that he now sees her too. Rude patient service. Expect to wait at least an hour after appointment to be seen. Front desk/ nursing crew/ doctors do not communicate with each other let alone patients. Patients pay for an allotted 10 minute window. However, if patient has other concerns (that were not disclosed in the intake) and are within that window, they are told to make another appointment. A joke of a so called medical facility. The one great doctor there took her leave. Too bad this is all Yelm has to offer.
Nice place. Everyone, (the staff & Doctor), was very friendly, and knew how to do their job.
Having to sit for over an hour after my appointment time while wheezing and struggling to gasp a breath and not a single person has seen me. The lack of urgency for a patient who is having severe breathing problems is astounding to me.
