This was my 2nd time working with not only YellowBrick Property Management but also with Delilah! Yellow Brick has been outstanding client of ours for a while now. They have responded to their issues and addressed issues as needed, and make sure the tenant is happy and if issues are being addressed and resolved in a timely matter.. for anyone looking for an apartment or rental building I would look up yellow brick right away from what I’ve seen as a contractor. They treat their people right.
My experience with yellow brick has been great..Dilayla is extremely helpful and cheerful.. emails are responded to immediately. All the properties I visited were well maintained, modern and most newly renovated. I plan on staying at the property for a very long time, I feel secure with the management team.
