From what I can see online. They breach privacy laws. They stream live and post live videos of what they call bad tenants without letting them know they are being recorded in their own homes ,that to me is very wrong. You are probably making their lives bad doing that because then other ppl make fun of or just straight bully those tenants. This was my 2nd time working with not only YellowBrick Property Management but also with Delilah! It's taken me a few months to leave this review because life has been hectic and busy but I can now leave a thorough review!! YellowBrick as a property management company is fantastic. Yellow Brick has been outstanding client of ours for a while now. They have responded to their issues and addressed issues as needed, and make sure the tenant is happy and if issues are being addressed and resolved in a timely matter.. for anyone looking for an apartment or rental building I would look up yellow brick right away from what I’ve seen as a contractor. They treat their people right.
My experience with yellow brick has been great..Dilayla is extremely helpful and cheerful.. emails are responded to immediately. All the properties I visited were well maintained, modern and most newly renovated. I plan on staying at the property for a very long time, I feel secure with the management team.
