Very racist. They never answer the phone or let you view the suites if they found you are not their “target tenants”. Their unprofessional and racist behavior should be reported. Avoid realstar at all cost.
Misleading. The listing claimed to be pet-friendly for small dogs (under 12 lbs), but after inquiring, I was told they’re not accepting any dogs at all. This should have been clearly updated to avoid wasting people’s time.
They claim to be pet friendly, but apparently can't take anymore dogs now or ever because of the barking, and that it disturbs about 10 other tenants throughout the building. That just says how poorly built the building is and how its not sound proof like they claim it to be.
I lived here for about a year and a half after coming to Victoria from out of province. Overall I'd say it's a mixed bag. It's true that the building is secure, new, clean and central. Management is mostly okay (responding to requests and so on) aside from some odd invasive questions I experienced when I first moved in. I would say that its important to know a little about your tenants but it went beyond that, and a little too personal. I wouldn't say that it's "luxury" though.
