The management here is wonderful — friendly, responsible, and truly committed to keeping the building well maintained. They always respond quickly and make residents feel supported. It’s clear they take pride in managing the building properly.
Tried to schedule a viewing and received automated texts that were of no use. Tried calling the leasing office and got answered by a bot (which couldn’t respond to a single question). No effort to make the application process easy or personable. Felt lazy to me🤷♂️
Horrible experience. i’ve called, left voicemails, sent an email, but never got a call back or any response to a viewing. Instead, I got loaded with spammy emails and their AI blowing up my phone with stupid texts instead of actually transferring me a human on the phone. ALL AI NO FOLLOW UP!
Stellar management team and a very well maintained building in a great location. Edit: after 5 years this is still 100% true. Shoutout to Norbert and Mae Belle who make the building feel like home. Will miss the place.
I've lived here since October 2024 and it's the happiest tenant situation I've ever had. Yes the building and location itself are lovely, but I attribute most of positive experience to the amazing on-site management (Norbert & Mae Belle). I truly hope Realstar keeps with the business model of onsite managers and proactive inventory because it makes all the difference in tenant satisfaction and I think is the reason this building can claim to be a "luxury" apartment.
