Was interested to view a unit for rent. The rental agency Realstar requested we submit a full application, including uploads of our government-issued photo ID, consent for reference checks, and proof of income even before viewing a unit. Very Unusual, nope. Were not against giving that info once we have decided to rent the unit, just not comfortable giving that sensitive info prior, just to view.
Very racist. They never answer the phone or let you view the suites if they found you are not their “target tenants”. Their unprofessional and racist behavior should be reported. Avoid realstar at all cost.
