My mother came here to receive help as a new patient, and instead she was pretty much told to go the hospital. If we wanted to go to the hospital, WE WOULD HAVE GONE TO THE HOSPITAL. Don't appreciate this suggestion at all. Also, an order for an MRI was also issued for the incorrect limb. Word of advice, LISTEN to your patients needs, not yours. Overall negative experience.
