I was quite uncomfortable in Dr. Yermak's office. All else there was a delight. Dr. Yermak however was quite cold towards me. There wasn't an ounce of warmth nor concern. I expressed a major concern that I'd been out of med for quite some time and that I was not doing ok. I was specific in which medication I needed refilled asap, as I take 2 different pills. She stated that she called my med in. When I arrived at my local pharmacy, I discovered that she only called in 1 med, the wrong one.
Dr. Yermack is a very knowledgeable and caring Doctor who I have been seeing for a few years. Would highly recommend!
Absolutely versed in all the nuances of mental health. The doctors inquiries demonstrated both a thoroughness and sensitivity.
