Dr. Yermak, to make a long story short- makes me uncomfortable. I never felt as if I could be open and honest with her. She has a fairly cold demeanor, and didn't seem to have any genuine interest/empathy in what I was feeling when I saw her. I know one other person who has seen her and felt the same. Personally would never go back. She made me so uncomfortable that I never even called to let them know that I wouldn't be returning. If you need a psychiatrist, I'd seriously recommend seeing somebody else.
excellent psychiatrist and very helpful office staff. At first, I could not get an appointment for 6 weeks, but they put me on some type of waiting list and I was able to get in much sooner. Also, I have heard good things about her from other people in the community
As I am unable to leave zero stars, this so-called Doctor gets a one star review. How in God's name this lady is allowed to serve others in a psychiatric setting is beyond me. She shows zero empathy and she does not listen. After five to ten minutes, at most, she shows you to the door as if you are some imbecile wasting her time. Please run from here if you need real help!
What a horrible doctor! We were 5 min late , because we couldn't find the place and she left. And on top of it she instructed her staff not to reschedule the appointment, because we "missed" new patient appointment. The staff member said:" you are not alowed another appointment "My friend was referred to her by the hospital after suicide attempt and that the treatment she got . Staff was beyond rude and judgmental. That doctor shouldn't be allowed to practice. We will explore possible to sue
No compassion or warmth towards her patients given her specialty of choice. Majorly Disappointed. Judgmental and does not given an ounce of chance to get to know a new patient with an open mind. Will not recommend her.
Dr Yermak ignored her colleague's patient, by not renewing a medication that was needed. (It had been renewed, but was "kicked" back and not delivered to the pharmacy). This patient was seen within 24 hours of this request. This office causes more stress than necessary to already suffering patients. Clearly, Dr Yermak is on an ego trip at everyone else's expense!
great experience, short wait time, friendly staff
I would not recommend this Dr. She does not care to listen. I was there for 4-5 minutes and she asked what kind of drugs do I want and when i stated none just help she stood up and stated let me know if you want this drug she recommended and I say stood up because she was standing as if it was over and time to leave. Great $500 for 5 minutes thats $100 permute I needed help not drugs.
If there was an option to leave no star at all, that would have been the more correct choice. My 57 year old sister sought her guidance when she was struggling with severe anxiety and depression. Dr. Yermak showed no warmth or compassion and told my sister that if the medication she was prescribed didnt work to call. If your mental health issues only occur from Monday-Friday 9-5 and you dont want any help then call this woman. She was absolutly useless. ive been in the field for years,stay away
