It’s Gayle, and I really like dr K, BUT every time I go to see her I have to wait in the lobby for 30 minutes at least!! Then when I go in her office I wait at least ONE hour, every time. My appointment was 10:35, she walked in at 11:55. Once in awhile wouldn’t be bad but it’s every time I go! I don’t think it’s her fault but it shouldn’t take that long.
Dr K spent time answering all my questions and has me on a good path. Very thankful for her, her team and the Front desk team. They are amazing!
Great Dr's. Dr K replaced my knee and she couldn't have been better letting me know every step and explaining every thing.
Always an excellent experience at Bienville - Dr K and her team are awesome and so professional- everyone so friendly and helpful - you won’t find this at most healthcare facilities- Bienville is definitely a cut above the rest. Met Dr K’s scribe Ella - she was fantastic and very personable- 2 thumbs up - thank you.
