Great Customer Service! I bought my wedding ring and band from them almost a year ago and i came back to have them clean it,not only did they clean it but also refinished, polished, and most important of all, they checked the diamonds in my rings to make sure they are tight and secured, and the good news is its free!! not like other stores they usually charge to polish and refinish and check rings!! at this time of crisis, this type of free service is nowhere to be found anywhere but only here..thanks guys!=)
Worst place ever!!!! Made me cry!!!! NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE TO GET AN ENGAGEMENT RING! First of all they messed up my ring size 3 times. Then they completely messed up the band size of the ring. Then lastly they shaved down the band of the ring so much that once they placed the diamond on it they were almost falling off! Once we told them that they had not made us what we wanted they didn't offer to make us another ring. They were really rude and insulted us and left me crying.
