Year Round Maintenance was reliable and professional! Steve completed my landscaping services quickly and on budget. I would definitely recommend Year Round Maintenance to anyone in the Lombard, IL area, and I plan on using him for his residential snow plowing services this year.
If I could give negative stars I would. Don't bother. Apparently clearing all the snow is more than they're willing to do...regardless of the contract. I'll shovel, thanks.
Never use them. They are a ripoff. They don't put everything in the contract then try to charge you more when they get there. They are rude to customers.
The owner, Steve Messinger, is the worst business man I've ever met in my life. Not only is he rude to customers, crass, and unprofessional, he does not return phone calls. He came to our house to give us an estimate on a job and he made a comment that "teachers don't know what real work is." He said this without even knowing that my husband and I are teachers!!!
