Just a huge shout out to Fred and the entire Year Round Construction team for the full rehab of my rental home near Dallas Love Field. Lifestyles member here and Fred's team completed a full rehab from floor to ceiling in 80 days, on schedule with no issues. Communication was spot on every week and i would totally recommend YRC to anyone rehabbing a SF home in the DFW area.
Mr. Lynch was very courteous and professional. He finished on-time and in some project, earlier than expected! He is very knowledgeable. He treats each project as if he was working on his house. Year Around Construction was a life saver for our project. Through out the project communication was thorough and professional. We received weekly updates as to what was going to take place and what was accomplished. These guys are not the type to put a bandaid over an issue for a quick fix. They will fix it the right way delivering quality and adding value to your project. I highly recommend.
