RecommendedExcellent steak sandwich on Fridays.
The staff is SO NICE, and the onion rings are freaking perfect. I had been hunting for a rub, and found that this place in Plano had it. Placed a pickup order, and holy cow, the food is amazing. I'm delighted to drive to Plano even post-pandemic, because I'm never getting my Char Crust anywhere else. 🖤
Their food is great. had stake sandwich. Stake bigger then bun, cooked to perfection!!
Oh my word so we forgot about this place for years and tonight we ordered cheeseburgers and fries and seriously one of the BEST burgers I’ve had! So much flavor and love put into it down to the delicious buttered toasted bun! It will be hard to not order meals from them every day!!! Thank you for the excellent service and amazing food!!!!!!!!

Best burgers in Texas. Butcher shop has been a family favorite for 20+ years even when was back at old location by tracks. The ribeye sandwich on Fridays is unbelievable and did I mention the homemade fried pies! They’ve won numerous awards and all well deserved. Food is great. Jeff and his son Josh and all rest staff are always welcoming and great to talk with. Great family owned business. Highly, highly recommend!!
My husband and I have only been here once, but we love it! And once this Coronavirus is out the way, we plan to make it a regular stop(and it’s 30 min out of the way for us- so you know it’s good). Order an Elk burger, trust me! The guys here are super nice and accommodating. Great quality meat and we love the atmosphere too!
Today was our first time visiting and we got the buffalo burger, fries,and onion rings. Everything was wonderful including Josh's great customer service. Thanks for the food and service.
Hands down the best burger in Texas. The most friendly staff who are just waiting to serve up the most delicious of butcher products!
