Best Steak In Town – Perfect atmosphere for a group dinner. From the hearty appetizers, to the delicious poterhouse for 6, cooked to perfection, and accompanied by the traditional steakhouse sides(which I took an extra hasbrown home they were so good). A broad selection of wine, and impeccable service from our waiter Dominick, makes this a place I will frequent often.

NYC Quality in Mamaroneck... – I've been going to the Tollgate for perhaps the last 7-8 years and the I can honestly say I have yet to have a bad meal..The atmosphere is very comfortable , sometimes very loud, but that's why I love it..The steaks , side dishes , and desserts all speak for themselves...The service is always excellent and at times very very entertaining....It doesn't get much better than this....

Outstanding steak in Westchester – The Tollgate is a no nonsense steakhouse....No trends just beef...I recently had a great time with friends sharing the "signature" steak for four with all the trimmings...Homefries ,spinach , and buttered mushrooms...It's refreshing to find such GOOD quality outside the city....Food and service, it doesn't get much better....Oh yes, most importantly plenty of BANG for your BUCK!!!!!!

THE BEST!!!! – Family owned and managed... Warm friendly staff... Very accommodating... cozy dinning....Party room upstairs... Vallet parking on the weekends. You must try the sizzling bacon over the Caesar Salad. The Porterhouse for two is the best. Very impressive wine list. I was very pleased with the service and the food. A must try....two thumbs up!!!!

Juicy & Tender Portherhouse!!! – I was very pleased with the service and the food at Tollgate. The Porterhouse was the best I've had. The sizzling bacon, cream spinach, home potatoes were so yummy. I will definitely patronize Tollgate on a regular basis. New York traditional cooking at its finest.

Best Steak In Westchester – When a friend told me The Tollgate was " Peter Luger's without the attitude" i couldn't believe it, I had to see for myself.....WOW, I'm happy I did!! From the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out everything was perfect..But let's talk about the main importance, THE BEEF....My wife and I shared the porterhouse for two which was PHENOMENIAL, the cream spinach and homefries were EXCELLENT and then were the desserts....However it was crowded but from soup to nuts it doesn't get much better..... read more
