Horrible experience with spa staff and owner! The nail tech that we hired was very unprofessional. Her station was dirty, and her tools were unsanitized. She threw towels and cotton swabs and cotton balls la across the room (missing the trash can ) Cuticles were not cut and the polish used use have been several years old or ruined. It did not go on smoothly and it took forever to dry (literally over an hour ) due to no fans or drying agents and due to this, my polish was ruined once it touched shoes.
