This has always been a 5 star place. I actually went in this time for butchers twine and advice in how to cook a cut of beef I've never cooked before but purchased on sale elsewhere. The guys not only freely gave advice but also gave me some twine for free. 30 years of great service for me and always knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.
This is the best one stop shop in Rochester. Have been going here for years and they never disappoint. Very friendly staff and lots of options for people who want the regular, or to try something new.
Was told I had to try the smoked eggs! So because I had a party to go to for NYE and I was in town so I decided to pickup a couple dozen! They were a huge hit and everyone loved them. Great butcher shop and so fun extra treats.
