This place is a dump...They let the garbage pile up for weeks. The smell is so bad I can't open my windows. Rats, roaches, flies you name 👿
YBM has been great to us. Avigayil in the office has been especially wonderful, helpful, and attentive. Would highly recommend this company
Be careful when dealing with this company, especially Avigayil. While going through the application process, I never signed any rental criteria that stated what needed to be met to qualify. After I had filled out the application, I was then informed that I would need to submit a higher deposit because I had a credit score that was just below what I later found out was required to qualify.
