I called Y & B Plumbing & Drain Services because I noticed a leak near my water heater. I had been living in my house for over three years and never had a problem with my plumbing. Y & B Plumbing & Drain Services came out in response to a request to my homeowner insurance. We had a blocked drain. The technician had it cleared in less than 10 minutes. While he was here, I did, of course, ask him to bid on some work I wanted to get done. I needed a gas line run to a dryer and one set up for a stove. We had a short list of annoying little plumbing jobs that we're too stupid/inept to handle. Plumbing is not in our skill set. Y & B Plumbing & Drain Services were flexible, arranged to come at a time that worked for us, and arrived right on time. They were personable and professional, explained our options, when and where we had them, then finished all three jobs in an hour, explained what they'd done, provided a warranty on their work, and was on their way. Full marks. They are our plumber. Period.

This was my second time calling Y & B Plumbing & Drain Services. Last month I asked them to unclog my main sewer line, which generally clogs up once a year, so I've used 10 different services for this over the past couple of decades. Y & B Plumbing & Drain Services were the best for timeliness (which is critical when you have a clog), and for price, which was very competitive. Fast, friendly service! Same day call to route out our sewer when it began backing up on the sidewalk. Afterwards I showed the technician some other small nagging problems and he told me how to easily and cheaply fix them myself. AAA+++ for Y & B Plumbing & Drain Services.

Had a persistent leaky shower in my Houston house. Called Y & B Plumbing & Drain Services because they could get here inside a couple hours. Had a plumber knocked out the leak in about 30 minutes, cleaned up after himself, and charged for an affordable price. Honest, professional work, love it. If you need some rooting or plumbing work done round these parts, call this company, you won't be disappointed.

I am not writing for service but I wanted to write and let you know what a great experience we had with Houston Plumbers & Drain Cleaning. He was polite, knowledgeable and helped us out tremendously.
