I've used Houston Plumbers & Drain Cleaning for three different Plumbing services and been very happy with all of our interations. Most recently I had my 40 gallon water heater replaced in my house. The Plumber showed up at 10AM and was done shortly. We called this company this morning with a plugged shower drain. Technician was here within 2 hours and solved our problem with no hassles at all. It was the second time we have used Y & B Plumbing & Drain Services and each time they showed up and was courteous, helpful and efficient. We would highly recommend them to anyone with a plumbing need.

I had a running toilet and it required a new part. Technician came to my home on time and he was extremely honest and professional. (Very well-organized also) I was very impressed with him and Y & B Plumbing & Drain Services and would definitely call them again if needed!

The wait was not long for a Y & B Plumbing & Drain Services plumber to come out. The work was carried out quickly. We were given the price before the work was done. The plumber was very friendly. Job well done!

Our kitchen and dishwasher drains backed up last night just before dinner. We called Y & B Plumbing & Drain Services around 6:30 pm. Technician got there about 10 pm. He ran the snake, cleared the block, cleaned up and was gone before 11 pm. Whew!

Y & B Plumbing & Drain Services installed our new water heater on last Friday evening. They did a great job. Even though there were many problems they overcame them and did get the job done. I would like to thank them for the job they did and if I need any plumbing work in the future I will be sure to get back to Y & B Plumbing & Drain Services. They really did a professional job and explained everything to me as they went along. Again, thanks for the great job.

Excellent service! On June 3rd, we discovered we had a back up in an "out-flow" line. Kitchen water/food particles were coming out of a sink in our downstairs bathroom! With out of town guests using that bathroom, we had to do something quick! A call to Y & B Plumbing & Drain Services early the next day resulted in a prompt response. The technician was very thorough,courteous, and professional! They found the problem, and fixed it in a manner of minutes! Thank you!

I received a reply call from Y & B Plumbing & Drain Services immediately and the plumber was here the next morning. Both the customer rep and the worker were polite, pleasant, and very professional. The plumber was neat and clean. I was very satisfied with the job and their employees.
