Beat first estimate! After receiving an estimate from another company, I called YB PLUMBING for their estimate. They came out and gave a free estimate and beat the price from the first plumber. There were no additional charges even after they saw they would need to re-pipe more than they originally planned to. The guys were courteous. The office staff was nice on the phone. Very satisfied

Had a terrible leak from the upstairs tub running water through the ceiling and down the wall of the downstairs bathroom after a shower. Called YB Plumbing in the late evening. The owner and another worker showed up about an hour and a half later. Very polite and courteous, they explained what needed to be done to find the problem. They had to enter the downstairs bathroom ceiling to access the bottom of the upstairs tub. Figured out the problem quickly. YB Plumbing repaired a severe drain leak coming from my tub upstairs. We didn't know what was wrong or where the leak was coming from. YB Plumbing found, and fixed the problem in pretty short order.

Diagnosed cause of water coming up out of overflow drain in basement utility room. Determined it was soap residue and food particles and verified this was cause of the flooding by emptying out a full kitchen sink and putting washer in spin cycle simultaneously. Called YB Plumbing on a Saturday morning. The plumber snaked out the piping starting at kitchen sink area and found debris upon retrieving the snake line. Talked with the tech at YB Plumbing about having our water heater checked using an online referral site coupon. He explained patiently and thoroughly why I could save by not purchasing the coupon until after the technician came out. If work needed to be done, I could buy the coupon at that time and use it. As I described the brand of H2O heater, he explained that particular brand would probably last 8-12 years we've had it for 9.5 which reassured me that we could wait until the warmer weather for a test and/or a replacement.... read more

YB Plumbing replaced water hot/cold/shower valves in my bathroom. The tech arrived on time and received estimate for work. I called these folks on Christmas Day but I didn't ask them to come out that day, but they came out the next day after I got off of church.
