From the time of my call to the final fix, a most enjoyable experience. The individual taking my call was very friendly, very helpful and the work was accomplished exactly as the office staff explained. The repair was accomplished by a polished, friendly and proficient professional who was friendly and neat. I will only use YB Plumbing for my plumbing needs.

I live in Houston, TX, they came over to fix my dishwasher and they did a great job! They completely hauled off my old dishwasher and cleaned up the area nicely. They even offered my dogs clean water bowls since the water was shut off this morning. They can depend on me being a customer for life. Thanks YB Plumbing!‎

Had serious issues with getting a plumber out to the house on a Saturday afternoon until I called YB Plumbing. They had a plumber out to the house within *35 minutes* of me calling, and the plumber went above and beyond the call with his repairs. Very courteous, professional and did the job right (flooding kitchen sinks fixed). I would definitely recommend YB Plumbing to anyone. I have their business card on my fridge, and in my iPhone. *Great plumbing experience!*

We were having an issue with our floor drain overflowing and backing up into our basement. We scheduled an appointment for YB Plumbing to come out. The plumber arrived right on time, and explained that it was likely the sewer pipes have been penetrated by roots. After discussing our options, he got to work on our sewer line. In less than an hour, he able to remove the roots and restore our sewer to working order! Very professional and friendly - I will definitely call them for all my plumbing needs in the future!

We had a drain backup of water in our basement. We called and promptly had a technician arrive and give an estimate. We told him to go ahead. He was polite and professional and worked very hard to fix our problem but was not able to dislodge whatever was blocking the drain. He called for another technician to come out and he also was very courteous and professional. He worked for quite a while and finally dislodged the blockage. The plumber who came from YB Plumbing was very professional and friendly. He explained everything he was going to do with the cost involved. He had our toilet unclogged and working great very quickly.
