GREAT SERVICE I called US Plumbing Services for some sink and bath tub issues that I was having both upstairs and downstairs. Within 2 hours there was someone already investigating the problem. I'm a new home owner and have never had plumbing problems, the plumber listened to me describe the problems I was having and never interrupted me or made me feel like I didn't know what I was talking about. Will definintely use them again!
Undependable! Will not show nor explain. Will even laugh in the background. Check out other local.yahoo complaints as well.
After not hearing from them the following morning, I called them at which time I was told they had tried numerous phone numbers and did not get anyone! They told me they could not come out until tomorrow morning at which time I told them to forget it and I would find someone else to repair my appliance. Will not use again!!
I was pleased with the plumbing service provided by Jay Plumber in Houston He was on time and conducted himself very professionally. I would not hesitate to use YB Plumbing again.
I was having several plumbing issues so I called Tx Plumbing Services. I was very surprised that they were able to come out the very next day which was a Saturday! The plumber arrived on time and was very polite, nicely dressed and explained all my plumbing issues to me. He was able to fix everything. Thank you YB PLUMBING . I needed a Toilet water valve replaced on a Saturday and the Plumber arrived and finished his work within an hour (he even threw down some silicone around my toilet). I would definately Cal lYB PLUMBING again if I was in need any plumbing services.
